Important information about your ticket order...

ALL taxes included in OUR ticket prices!

Please allow up to 36 hours for your order to be fully processed. For additional security, all credit card transactions are completed 'off-line'. When you finish selecting your tickets, and enter the pertinent information, you will receive a automated e-mail with your order details, you may receive another automated e-mail as your order is processed. Once processing is completed, and your credit card charged, you will receive a HAND WRITTEN e-mail from our Official Ticket Center staff with the final details. Often e-mail software may filter these e-mails to your SPAM file.

For those who may need their tickets sooner, please call our office, we are open 7 days a week (holiday schedules differ*) from 8:30AM to 8:30PM Eastern Time.

We can only accept Visa or Master Card credit cards. To prevent any delays in processing your order, please ensure the credit card billing address and shipping address are the same. Click here to learn more about our credit card policies in our FAQ section.

Shipping: For security, cost, and international taxes, we ship tickets ONLY to continental United States addresses. Click here for more information on shipping and other delivery alternatives.

The alternate currencies displayed with the ticket prices are for planning only. All transactions are in US Dollars. Every effort is made to keep the exchange rates up to date on this site. Results may vary from bank to bank however.

For those families opting to have their tickets delivered to their resort, please enter the resort you plan on staying at while in Orlando (if known) in the 'additional information' box during checkout. This helps in expedited delivery planning.
