Pick Up and Delivery: For the customer’s protection, prepaid ticket orders will not be left at the hotel front desk or at the attraction gate. All deliveries will be made only after the customer has contacted our office to verify the arrival at their resort/hotel. All orders canceled either: [1] four days prior to the arrival date; [2] anytime after the arrival date; or [3] after the guest requested a “Charge Now, will receive a $25.00 cancellation fee.

Picture identification (Driver's license/state issued ID or passport), matching the credit card, will be required upon delivery or pick up along with the original credit card.

FedEx: Tickets ordered will be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder only. NOTE: FedEx shipping available in the continental US only.

Tickets shipped, picked up or delivered cannot be cancelled or returned due to contractual obligations with the theme parks. Prices are subject to change.

Ticket Prices displayed in alternate currencies are APPROXIMATE. All transactions are completed in US Dollars. Currency exchange rates may vary with market conditions and credit card / bank exchange rates.

Prices are subject to change, while every effort is made to update ticket prices on THIS WEB SITE in a timely manner, often delays are apparent in the communication and updating ticket prices.
